Two Ways to Engage
Advisory Retainer - $3,000 + GST per month
For owners, leadership teams and ownership groups who want ongoing independent perspective without a formal board role.
Monthly governance or ownership call. Quarterly half-day session - strategy, decision facilitation or priority reset. On-call access when something time-sensitive lands. And continuity - no re-briefing, no starting from scratch every time.
Attendance at board or ownership meetings. Pre-meeting review of papers. Independent challenge in the room and direct access between meetings. Quarterly governance review.
Both arrangements have an initial three-month minimum.

Most advisory relationships begin with a facilitation engagement. Once trust is established and the fit is clear, some clients choose to continue.
Occasionally, where the situation is right, an advisory relationship begins directly.
Both arrangements start with an initial three-month minimum - enough time to build context, establish rhythm and demonstrate value.
